Abdullah Al Noman is a Bangladesh Supreme Court Lawyer, Certified Arbitrator and Mediator, Human Rights Defender, and Legal Academic. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Decentralization & Conflict Resolution from the Institute of Federalism, University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and an LL.M. & LL.B (Honors) from the School of Law, University of Asia Pacific, Bangladesh. He is a member of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association, Dhaka Bar Association, Asian Society of International Law, and Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre(BIAC). He is an Associate of the Leading Law firm in Bangladesh, A F Hassan Ariff & Associates. Before joining the Bar, he worked as a Lecturer at the School of Law, University of Asia Pacific, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the Faculty of Law, ASA University Bangladesh.

Mr. Noman is also a registered arbitrator in institutions such as the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and ADR-ODR International. As an accredited civil/Commercial Mediator with qualifications from IMI and SIMI, he possesses a strong background in dispute resolution. He also worked with the Refugee & Migratory Movements Research Unit in his previous assignments. (RMMRU), and Youth For Human Rights International.

Mr. Noman is also a registered arbitrator in institutions such as the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) and ADR-ODR International. As an accredited civil/Commercial Mediator with qualifications from IMI and SIMI, he possesses a strong background in dispute resolution.

Mr. Noman also worked as a consultant for the Research Project on implementing the Digital Security Act (DSA) in Bangladesh, which Front Line Defenders, Ireland, implemented. Mr. Noman is serving as LegalAdvisor and Consultant of the Legal Research on Digital Security Act, Implemented by theDRIK. Mr. Noman has experience conducting 100 more Free Speech cases under the Digital Security Act 2018. Mr. Noman is the lawyer for the most influential free speech cases, such as State vs. Shaidul Alam, State Vs. Rita Dewan, State Vs. Shariat Boyati, State Vs. Engineer Shahnewaj Showdhury, and State vs. Tanvir Tanu, etc.
